Hello from Jenny & Mike! |
Well, it seems as if winter has really arrived, judging by the rain and snow we've had this month. In an effort to bring a little ray of sunshine to you, here's a part of a very sunny (almost Caribbean) piece we've just completed as a commission for Soroptimist International Wales South Region. We're then taking part in the Christmas exhibition at Broxbourne Civic Hall (full details and pics of new pieces made specially next month). New pieces
We've got a number of bold new designs in the making for next month. For now, here's a bright new piece, deliberately simple and cheerful, depicting the sun over the sea somewhere exotic (probably Southern Pacific, Mike says).
The clue's in the name...Capricorn Sunset.

New gallery opening in Brackley
We're delighted to have been selected to supply pieces to a new Gallery & gift shop in Brackley.
Rowans Gallery (and website) opens on Monday 17th November and will showcase a range of work from local and regional artists, including names that will be familiar to art lovers from Bucks and Herts.
The gallery's owner, Sally Eaton, tells us she'll have a continually changing selection of pieces in a diverse
range of styles, so there'll always be something new to see.
