Hopefully we've said goodbye to the snow that brought the country to a halt....so hello milder, lighter days!
Events coming up
Details of all our events throughout the year, dates, links and advance info are on our events page.
As well as confirming our attendance at Sally Evans' Art & Craft Market in Thame in April we've just agreed three other appearances you might be interested in...
Living Crafts Festival, Hatfield House, May 8th
The HVAF has arranged for some of its members including Vitreus Art to run demonstrations for visitors to this huge event. As well as glasswork on the 8th, there'll be other artform demos on other days too.
HVAF Barn Exhibition, Kingsbury Barn, St Albans, June 12th to 19th
This is a totally new exhibition for the HVAF and we're delighted to be involved in the planning.
We expect there to be dozens of different artforms from up to a hundred local artists and craft makers.
We'll remind you nearer the time of course!
Demo day at Rowans Gallery - July 10th

Gallery News
We're planning to run a series of gallery demo days this year; the first date to be agreed is the 10th July, at Rowans Gallery, Brackley.
We'll be showing you how stained glass pieces are made, and (hopefully) answering your questions on all things glassy.
We're also planning to hold at least one demo day at Ginny Gray Gallery, Buckingham, and another at Albion Arts, Harpenden.
We're thinking about how we can offer 'hands-on' sessions where you can have a go at some of the processes. More on that later.
We also have a selection of stained glass hearts on sale at Rowans, Ginny Gray and Albion Arts. If you're looking for something special for Valentines then look no further!
Details of the galleries we work with regularly are on our 'How to buy' page.
Finally
Thanks to Sally of Rowans Gallery for letting us try out a mini collection of landscape pieces, of which two examples are above.
Best Regards,
Jenny & Mike
